Services

Free Injury Consultation
Get a quick 15-20 minute orthopedic assessment and expert recommendations for your care in a no cost session.
Sports Therapy
Our Athletic Trainers – Morgan, Bridget and Mitchell – are your go-to team for sports related injuries and physical activity related issues.
- They specialize in prevention, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of injuries.
- They offer dry needling, cupping, and other techniques for clients looking to boost recovery.
- Their sessions are ideal for athletes and active individuals looking to live pain-free and function at peak performance.

Cup Therapy
Myofascial Decompression (Cup Therapy) addresses connective tissue restrictions by improving the mobility of the soft tissue layers. The use of negative pressure with suction cups creates space between the soft tissue layers that allow each layer to slide one upon another with decreased viscosity and improved movement efficiency.
Dry Needling
Dry Needling is a skilled intervention performed by a healthcare professional. This professional uses a fine filiform needle to penetrate the skin, creating a healing response in the tissue that has been lesioned. Tissues contributing to neuromusculoskeletal dysfunction can be dry needled, including muscle, fascia, tendon, capsule, ligament, peri-neural structures, and microvascular structures.

Craniosacral Therapy
CST is a gentle, hands-on technique that uses a light touch to examine membranes and movement of the fluids in and around the central nervous system. Relieving tension in the central nervous system promotes a feeling of well-being by eliminating pain and boosting health and immunity.
Massage Therapy
Our skilled massage therapists – Abe, Tabby and Bridget – focus on deep tissue techniques to target specific muscle groups, alleviate tension, and decrease physical activity related aches and pains. Massage therapy services are tailored to fit the individual needs of our clients.
- They offer sports massage, cupping, and prenatal massage services.
- Massage tailored to speed recovery time, improve mobility and promote healing.

Compression Therapy
(NormaTec Boots)
Our compression boots aid in recovery by increasing blood flow and circulation and decreasing muscle fatigue after exercise.
Our Team

Our Team

Owner and Founder Morgan earned her Bachelor’s of Science at UW-Milwaukee in Athletic Training. After graduating she worked in the sports medicine field for six years with a variety of sports including roller derby, football, soccer, and gymnastics. With her extensive experience as a health care provider working in athletics she felt inspired to seek out a way to practice independently, and offer a higher quality of care. Thus May One was born!
Morgan is certified in both Myofascial Decompression (Cup Therapy) and Dry Needling. She has a passion for helping her clients treat both the symptoms and root cause of their pain through a holistic approach to medicine.

Bridget is both a Certified Athletic Trainer and a Licensed Massage Therapist of 8 years. She graduated from Concordia University with her Bachelor’s in Athletic Training.
She wanted to become a massage therapist because she is attracted to helping people and having the ability to directly decrease the pain or discomfort they are experiencing.
She then earned a higher education in athletic training because she wanted to give her clients more answers, options, and tools to integrate into their lifestyle. She wanted to learn a skillset to find the root of the disfunction instead of focusing on the symptoms.
She enjoys incorporating her manual therapy based education including myofascial release technique, cupping, and trigger point therapy into her sessions.
It is no secret that she is a client favorite at our clinic.
